MyGLS - state-of-the-art shipping software
The latest web-based MyGLS software offers fast and user-friendly ordering of all GLS services and intuitive label printing, and is the right solution for e-shops that ship hundreds or more parcels across Europe every day.

GLS API solution - direct connection of ERP systems
Clients who regularly send a high volume of parcels can connect their own ERP system to GLS' IT systems. The flexibilty of these systems means that connection of most clients' ERP systems can be implemented in a short time. Following the connection, transport data is synced between both systems, and transport labels are generated by GLS in PDF format or the client can print own labels, after format approval.

- Option to connect with nearly every ERP program
- No need to install any further programs
- No need to change ERP, so no need for further employee training
- Suitable for companies that regularly send high volume of parcels
GLS Online – on-line shipping
GLSOnline is a GLS web portal with all the tools necessary to senders for fast and simple parcels sending. This portal enables users to order all GLS Czech Republic products and services on-line. Services include intuitive printing of address labels, and mass data import.
Users of this portal can log in with their login name and password, which is provided upon celebrating a contract with GLS.
Advantages of GLS Online
- Online sending without need to install any further software
- You only need a web browser with Windows, iOS or Android platforms
- Suitable tool for companies sending up to 10 parcels per day
e-Balík - occasional parcel sending
With our e-Balík online portal, it is possible for occasional senders to order a parcel delivery even without a contract. No special software, registration or contract required! Parcel dispatch is made with only a few clicks.
The parcel can be paid on-line, you can print the label at home, and take the parcel and label to a GLS Parcel Shop. If you've requested a pickup by one of our couriers at an address, the label is included in the service, so the courier will bring the parcel when executing a pickup.
Advantages of e-Balík
- Order a parcel delivery without need to install any further software
- No registration needed
- Option to create a personal account with an address book and cash-on-delivery sending
- Optional transport price calculation based on weight or dimensions
- Pick-up by our GLS courier on next business day at the specificed address
- Option to send a parcel to any Parcel Shop in our large GLS Parcel Shop network
- Ideal for senders who send parcels only occasionally and without contractual engagements
GLS Connect – effective connection to GLS IT systems
GLSConnect is a software that enables full-range data import from a client's IT system and it automates the printing of address labels. Client's data can also be loaded manually into this software.
All data necessary for parcel transport is automatically transferred directly to GLS system. The software is available for PCs with Windows and as an integration in current IT infrastructure of the sender.

- No programming needed
- When compared with GLSOnline, it offers more print options for automated print, such as from a file or order line
- Suitable tool for companies sending more than 10 parcels per day
- It is useful for companies without own ERP system
