Belgium: Restriction on deliveries to parcel lockers

At the moment, there is a temporary limitation affecting deliveries to parcel lockers in Belgium (BE).

What does this mean?

Currently, it is not possible to deliver parcels to parcel lockers in Belgium. Delivery is temporarily available only to Parcel Shops.

What is good to know?

In some systems or map interfaces, parcel lockers may still be displayed even though they are temporarily unavailable.
If a parcel is shipped with delivery to a locker selected, this may result in delays or the need for redirection.

What should you do?

For shipments to Belgium, please temporarily select delivery to Parcel Shops only.
Kindly inform your customers about this limitation.
