Connection of your web shop to the GLS Customer System

Your web shop is connected to the GLS customer system ShipIT via API or a provider solution. This connection enables the display of all selectable Parcel Shops and Parcel Lockers that are eligible for delivery. This gives customers in your webshop the opportunity to choose the delivery location that suits their needs best.

Your customers have the choice.

Your customers purchase the required goods online and determine the delivery location during the checkout process. For doing so they have a list of Parcel Shops and Parcel Lockers to choose from. Depending on their habits and routes, they select the delivery location that suits their needs best.

The parcel is collectable for your customer.

We will notify your customer as soon as the parcel is ready for collection at the location designated. Customers now will have up to 8 days to collect their parcel from the Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker of their choice.

Your customer has picked up his parcel? Great! We hope he or she enjoys the content! If your customer hasn't managed to pick up the parcel within the collection deadline, our driver will pick it up and we will return it to you.
