Online Dispute Resolution: for shipping requests made online by and for private individuals
The European Commission has introduced a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online commerce ("ODR platform"). This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations deriving from the sale of goods or services online.
Consumers can access the ODR platform by clicking on the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . The e-mail address to be indicated for the communication of the complaint is ODR@gls-italy.com . In order to enable management of the position, the shipping number must be inserted in the description of the object subject to the procedure.
