Home pickup without the need to print a label, with the option to schedule the collection in advance, as well as Parcel Lockers and Parcel Shops for easy drop‑off of returns. The return process is just as simple in Slovenia as in 21 other European countries. We reintegrate returns into the supply chain:
Receipt and quality control of returned or rejected goods. Reallocation of the product to the appropriate storage area. Reintroduction of items into the warehouse management system (WMS) for stock control.
