Introduction
GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, logistične storitve d.o.o. (GLS) provides parcel transport services nationally in the Republic of Slovenia and internationally in cooperation with its partners. It strives to make these services accessible through the company's website, which is accessible in accordance with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (Zakon o dostopnosti spletišč in mobilnih aplikacij, hereinafter also: ZDSMA) and the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 as well as the Law on Accessibility to Products and Services for People with Disabilities (Zakon o dostopnosti do proizvodov in storitev za invalide, hereinafter also: ZDPSI).

The legal requirements are derived from the ZDSMA, the Directive (EU) 2016/2102, and the ZDPSI.
Accessibility Service Set:
- Functional performance criteria: We aim to ensure that our services become accessible to the widest possible range of users. We offer various operating modes to ensure that our products and services can also be used by users with physical, sensory or cognitive impairments (various forms of impairments). We maintain and improve the user experience in accordance with relevant accessibility standards. These include: Visual alternatives: All content is accessible without colour differentiation and there are text alternatives for users with impaired vision.
- Auditory alternatives: Our features do not require hearing and offer enhanced audio capabilities for users with hearing impairments.
- Manual interaction options: Our digital content can be used without fine motor control and without significant hand muscle strength.
- Compatibility with assistive technologies: The website provides usability with most screen readers (e.g. braille displays and other assistive technologies).
- Protection from visual stimuli: We avoid visual stimuli that could trigger photosensitive seizures.
- Support for users with cognitive impairments: We ensure that features are provided to support users with cognitive impairments in order to make use as easy as possible.
- Privacy when using accessibility features: All accessibility features used ensure the privacy of our users.
- Through regular reviews and adjustments, we ensure that our digital offerings comply with legal requirements and are continuously improved to guarantee high accessibility and security for all users.
The assessment was carried out by means of an internal self-assessment based on the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA.

The accessibility of the GLS website is constantly monitored and individual accessibility elements are continuously improved. However, some published content and web applications do not meet all accessibility requirements as set out in the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act.
