Governance

Our commitment

GLS Group has implemented a program designed to systematically identify compliance-related risks and prevent them through a structured approach. This programme has been developed to protect GLS Group and its employees, while also preserving relationships with its business partners, which are built on trust today and for the future.

GLS Group focuses on the following key areas:

  • Competition law compliance
  • Anti-corruption
  • Compliance with economic sanctions
  • Anti-money laundering
  • Combating forced labour, slavery and human trafficking

The system is also supported by a comprehensive employee training programme, as compliance is ultimately everyone's responsibility.

The organisation is built around three key pillars: local Compliance Officers, the GLS Group Compliance Department and the Internal Audit Department. This three-level framework is implemented consistently across all GLS Group subsidiaries, while allowing for local adaptations where necessary.

GLS France operates within this Group-wide framework. We apply these compliance standards at national level and incorporate local requirements to ensure reliable, responsible and compliant practices across all our activities in France.
