At GLS, we promote a culture of integrity, ethics and regulatory compliance. With this aim, the GLS Group has implemented an Internal Reporting System that enables employees, business partners and third parties to report, confidentially and, if they wish, anonymously, potential breaches or non-compliance with applicable legislation, our Code of Conduct or the company’s internal policies.
Internal Reporting System
Through our Whistleblowing Channel, anyone may report information relating, among other matters, to the following:
-Bribery and corruption
-Fraud or financial crime.
-Breaches of competition law.
-Conflicts of interest.
-Harassment or discrimination.
-Protection of personal data.
-Human rights.
-Environmental damage.
-Any other irregular conduct or breach of applicable legislation, the Code of Conduct or GLS internal policies.

Key features of the Channel
Our Internal Reporting System provides, among others, the following safeguards:
-Reports may be submitted confidentially or anonymously.
-Secure communication between the reporting person and the Manager of the Internal Reporting System through a protected mailbox that enables the report to be followed up.
-The highest level of security through encryption technologies and information-protection protocols.
-Reports may be submitted using a form, voice messages and supporting documents, images or other files.
-Accessibility from a computer, tablet or mobile phone, in compliance with the accessibility requirements established by applicable legislation and the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Management of the Internal Reporting System
GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS SPAIN, S.A. has a Manager of the Internal Reporting System responsible for receiving, managing and processing the reports received.
Throughout the entire procedure, the following principles, among others, are guaranteed:
-Protection of reporting persons against any form of retaliation.
-Respect for the presumption of innocence and the right of defence of the persons concerned.
-Independence, impartiality and absence of conflicts of interest when processing reports.
-Confidentiality of information and compliance with personal data protection legislation.
-Diligent, objective and effective processing of the reports received.
External reporting channel
In addition to using the GLS Internal Reporting System, reporting persons may also report potential breaches through the external channels made available by the competent authorities, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, governing the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
In Spain, the Independent Authority for the Protection of Reporting Persons (A.A.I.) acts as an external reporting channel. You can find further information and access the external channel via the following link:
