It's quick and easy to send parcels with GLS. We offer delivery to all GLS ParcelShops and addresses in Denmark and to large parts of Europe. You can purchase shipping via our app or at send.gls.dk

1. Order parcel label

Buy the shipping in the GLS app or at send.gls.dk .

Once the shipping has been ordered, you will receive a QR code in the app or by email, which you show when you drop off the parcel in the ParcelShop. We will print your label for you and send the parcel safely.

Wrap the contents well

All parcels are machine-sorted on our automated sorting system. The contents of your parcel must therefore be protected against vibrations and shocks on the journey from PakkeShoppen to your recipient.

3. Drop off your parcel at a GLS ParcelShop

Take the parcel to your local ParcelShop and show the QR code you received in the GLS app or by email, depending on how you purchased the shipping. We will print the parcel label and make sure your parcel arrives quickly and safely.

Delivery to ParcelShop

When you send parcels with GLS, you can choose from 1,700 Danish ParcelShops, so your parcel is always delivered close to your recipient.

Your recipient receives ongoing information about the parcel's journey in the GLS app as well as an email and text message when the parcel is ready to be picked up.

Delivery to private and business addresses in Denmark

At GLS, we offer door-to-door delivery to all addresses in Denmark. You can follow the parcel's journey all the way via the GLS app or on Track & Trace .

Delivery abroad

As a private individual, you can send parcels with GLS to large parts of Europe.

FAQ

How do I buy freight for a package to be shipped with GLS?

You buy freight for your shipments in the GLS app or at send.gls.dk . If you use our app, you always have the status of your parcels at your fingertips.

Once you have purchased your freight, you will receive a QR code by email and in your GLS app. Show the code in your local ParcelShop when you drop off your parcel. We will then print the parcel label and make sure your parcel arrives quickly and safely.

In Denmark, you can send parcels for collection in one of our 1,700 ParcelShops and to all private and business addresses including the mainland islands. In addition, you can send parcels to large parts of Europe. See prices and which countries you can send parcels to via our ParcelShops here .

Your parcel is insured for up to 4,500 DKK per parcel in the event of damage to your shipment. In order to receive compensation for a damaged parcel, it is a prerequisite that it is properly packaged. You can read more about insurance in our terms and conditions .
