What functions does GLS-ONE offer?
GLS-ONE enables you to create parcel labels online. It also lets you track your shipments in real time and you can find your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.
Can I have a parcel sent to a GLS Parcel Shop?
To send a parcel to a GLS Parcel Shop, select "Send@ParcelShop" when shipping parcels. Then you can use the Parcel Shop search to select a GLS Parcel Shop near the recipient. This type of shipping is particularly cost effective. The recipient receives a message on delivery and can collect the parcel in the GLS Parcel Shop. Use this service if you are unsure whether the recipient of your parcel is able to take delivery at home.
What are the advantages of the Send@ParcelShop option?
Convenient and even more economical: have the parcel delivered directly to a Parcel Shop. That way, the GLS delivery driver does not end up in front of a locked door and the recipient can collect their delivery at a time that suits them.
Use this option if you are not sure whether the recipient can accept the delivery in person. As a sender, you also save cash, because "Send@ParcelShop" costs 1 euro less than delivery to the recipient’s address.
Do I need to register in order to create a parcel label?
You can create parcel labels without registering.
What advantages does GLS-ONE registration offer me?
As a registered user, you have access to additional useful functions:
- Shipments & orders: Overview of your sent and received parcels with current shipping status and access to your created parcel labels.
- Drop off permission: You can issue and manage a drop off permission.
- Sender and recipient addresses can be stored and saved.
Can I also use GLS-ONE on a mobile?
The GLS-ONE website is optimised for display on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
How and when will I receive an invoice?
You will receive your invoice automatically by email. This process can take 3 to 4 working days.
I cannot register, what can I do?
Please check whether you have entered all information correctly (including your e-mail address) on the registration page. After confirming the button "Registration" you will receive an e-mail with a link "Activate user account". You must open this link once to activate your user account. If you have further problems with the registration, please contact our GLS Service Team by telephone at + 43 5 9876 1000 or by e-mail at customer-service@gls-one.at .
I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
Please make sure that you have entered the password and your user name (your e-mail address) correctly. Alternatively, you can have a new password sent to you.
To do this, click on “My account” “Log in” on the start page and then on “Forgot your password?”. Enter your e-mail address and click on “Send verification code”, this code is valid for 5 minutes. Then enter it in the field provided and click on “Verify code” and then on “Next”, after which you can assign a new password.
How can I delete my account?
If you click on "My account" you will find "Delete account".
How are the payment details of users protected?
GLS does not process or store any payment data (PayPal login or credit card details). During the payment process, you will be redirected to the external site of the payment service provider and provide the necessary information there. After successful verification, you will be automatically redirected back to our website. GLS works together with a credit card payment provider certified in accordance with the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
