Our IT department is ready to give you the best start to your new return solution. In just three steps, you'll be ready to offer your customers a simple customer journey.
Your customers have everything they need close at hand. Once they've created a return in your system, you, or we, forward a QR code by email. If your customer has our app, we'll display it there too. Now they're ready to head down to the Parcel Shop, where we'll scan and print their return label. It doesn't get any easier than that!
Our QR ShopReturn solution costs the same as regular returns using GLS. As a customer, you can therefore use the service at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, we currently only offer QR returns from Danish Parcel Shops Danish web shops. If you have a lot of parcels going abroad, please contact us for a tailor-made solution that suits your needs.
