With the FlexDeliveryService, recipients can easily integrate their parcel delivery into their daily routine by rearranging the delivery at their convenience and selecting one of the following delivery options:
Delivery on a desired date
Alternative delivery address
Granting drop-off permission
Delivery to GLS ParcelShop or ParcelBox
Self-collection from a GLS depot
