Optimises return management: GLS collects shipments from any address and brings them to the client.
The collection address does not have to be in the Netherlands. Any address in the GLS network, whether in the Benelux region or in the rest of Europe, can be selected. Only in case of a Freight shipment the return address has to be situated in the Netherlands
