Overnight claims adjusters have both physical and mental (office) duties. They are primarily concerned with investigating damage that has already occurred, looking at any damaged parcels and even repackaging them if necessary. They are also in continuous contact with our partners. In this position, good decision-making and stress tolerance are very important, as well as good physical stamina due to the possible movement of parcels.

Our claims adjusters play a crucial role in supporting the quality department. They perform a wide range of tasks, including the inspection and repackaging of damaged packages, as well as damage assessment and administrative tasks. They also maintain continuous contact with customers and partners to ensure effective, transparent communication. This position involves a variety of challenging tasks to ensure that parcels are handled safely and appropriately.
