How can I receive a notification about the delivery of the package?
Enter your most frequently used e-mail addresses, which you expect to be notified about, so you don't miss a single package.
It is important that you enter all the e-mail addresses that you usually use for orders, because this is the only way you will receive notifications.
Can I set delivery addresses?
Yes, set the addresses to easily choose between delivery addresses.
I would like to choose a different delivery address, how can I do this?
Thanks to flexible redirection, this can also be solved within the application.
Do I have to constantly select the address of my favorite Parcel Shop or parcel locker?
In the application, you have the option to set your favorites so that you can easily choose from the pick-up locations later.

I have set all the data, but I still do not receive the notification.
If you placed your order not long ago, it may happen that the sender has not yet recorded the package in our system. Or you have not yet set up the e-mail address you entered when ordering.
If these conditions have already been met, but you still do not receive the notification, please contact our Customer Service.
