How quickly can I start working with GLS Fulfillment?
Standard onboarding takes from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of SKUs and integrations. A dedicated account manager guides you through every stage: from signing the contract and WMS integration to your first shipment.
Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
We offer ready-made integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, BaseLinker, Allegro and IdoSell. We also support integrations with ERP systems via API.
Can I also ship parcels with other couriers?
Yes. Although we are part of GLS, our model is open - you can use any carrier if your strategy requires it.
Do you handle B2B and international shipments?
Yes - we handle B2C shipments, B2B pallet shipments and exports across Europe thanks to the GLS Group network.
How do you handle returns?
We handle returns in two variants: collected returns and undelivered parcels. Each return undergoes a quality check, and goods suitable for resale are returned to stock through restocking.
