"Cooperation with GLS is really going very well. The system works smoothly and quickly, the number of pick-up points-which are most often chosen by our customers-is not only really stern, but also constantly growing, and-what is quite unusual these days-it is possible to call the hotline
😉(and still everyone is nice!).

We rate the technical, technological and logistical issues well, but our satisfaction with the cooperation with GLS, however, is mainly influenced by the people.
The first and probably the key issue for us is our CURIER, it was very important for us that, if possible, it should be a permanent person with whom we could work out some schemes and general rules. Unfortunately, in some companies couriers get areas on a rotating basis, which in the case of a company like ours: small, out of town and with a specific work system, makes a lot of chaos and disorganizes the work of the manufactory. Sticking to the scheme and the courier's knowledge of our company's peculiarities is crucial for smooth operations for both parties. And this is where we won 😊

Our courier, Sebastian, is a peasant in his own right, bravely bearing not only our difficult driveway (we are in a small village, where the width of the access road is, to put it mildly, UNCOMFORTABLE), but also our packages, which are usually, admittedly, small and light, but there are a LITTLE of them and we have to carry them. Sebastian improves our moods with his enthusiasm, and he also throws in first-class jokes. He also always tries as much as possible to respond to our “fires” and adjust to difficult situations (including even driving up on Saturday!), and he himself informs us of any changes or slips in the pickup routine, which greatly improves mutual cooperation and simply builds a cool, buddy relationship, which for us both for the brand and just for people is mega important.

And then there's Magda, aka the Sorceress of GLS, wrongly employed as a Sales Specialist, and clearly performing tasks in the category of: Haunted Miracle Worker, Suppressor of Spices, or possibly GLS' Virgin Mary. To this day we do not know how Magda does it, but this girl can handle everything from conjuring up a courier's driveway, to address stickers for yesterday and delivery of undeliverable parcels (because, for example, incorrectly addressed, which landed somewhere at the end of the world), and if necessary, she will come personally :D. This lady in her spare time evidently trains to stand on ears, or at least some kind of space-time bending.
