Getting started via email

GLS will send you important information about the parcel via e-mail at the start of the delivery process. The link in the e-mail takes you directly to the delivery options.

Delivery to your preferred post office

You can select your prefer post office to collect the parcel from. In the online service you will see all the nearby post offices on a map and can choose the one most convenient to you.

If the parcel is too large for the parcel locker it will be delivered to the nearest post office. We will also need a mobile phone number for the access code to the parcel locker. You can enter the number in the online service while requesting the change.

Delivery to a business address (e.g. your place of work)

If the parcel is addressed to a company or your employee allows you to receive parcel at your place of work you can also request the parcel to be delivered to a business address.

Decline acceptance

You can reject a parcel before it has even been delivered. The parcel will then be returned to sender.

If you are unsure about what the shipment contains or need advice on how to cancel your order from an online store we recommend that you contact the shipper prior to refusing the parcel.
