1989

The founding of German Parcel takes place in Germany.

1995

Golden State Overnight is founded to provide parcel delivery in California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

1999

Royal Mail Group acquires German Parcel and General Logistics Systems B.V. (GLS) is founded.

2016

GLS purchases Golden State Overnight (GSO) in California expanding reach into the U.S. market​.

2010s-2020s
