GLS provides information regarding parcel delivery and a useful online portal as well as the GLS App. You can, for example, track parcels in real time or search for the nearest ParcelShop.

GLS has a special e-mail address for parcel recipients. Your customer service is there for you from Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 18.00.
