Service for recipients
GLS provides information regarding parcel delivery and a useful online portal as well as the GLS App. You can, for example, track parcels in real time or search for the nearest ParcelShop.

Issue a release authorisation
Allow us to deliver your parcel – even when you’re not at home.
Change delivery address or delivery date
Redirect your parcel after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Inform us if something was not in order – we will sort it out.
Many of this fuctions can be used comfortable via the GLS App.
