General Logistics Systems Portugal, Lda., headquartered at Rua da Bica no. 10, 2665-608 Venda do Pinheiro, registered at the Mafra Commercial Registry under number NIPC 507508688, with a share capital of €200,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as “GLS Portugal”), is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of December 6 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on accessibility requirements for products and services.

Services Provided via the Website

Through the website, GLS provides informational services regarding its parcel delivery and collection solutions.

Compliance with Applicable Accessibility Requirements

This website has been adapted to comply with the applicable accessibility requirements.
Specifically, GLS has implemented the measures established under Decree-Law No. 82/2022 of December 6 and Ordinance No. 220/2023 of July 20, 2023.

Accordingly, the usability and accessibility of services for persons with disabilities are ensured as follows:

d) Where support services are available (e.g., technical assistance, customer service, technical support, mediation, or training services), provide accessibility information and details on compatibility with assistive technologies, using accessible communication modes.

Technical Standards

In addition, GLS websites are developed in compliance with the European Standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at conformance levels A and AA.

Internal audit procedures are implemented to ensure ongoing compliance with accessibility requirements in the provision of services.
