On the sender’s request, GLS will undertake a third delivery attempt.

In case the first and second delivery attempt were unsuccessful, the sender can ask GLS to try a third time before the parcel is send back to him.

This service will not only prevent the return of a parcel in many cases, but also demonstrates the senders’ service orientation to their customers.
