Return goods easily with GLS
The shoes are the wrong size or the jeans you ordered do not fit. There is one simple solution: return them, of course.
Many companies make it easy to return parcels – they book the special service of GLS for this purpose. This means your parcel includes a label for sending them back. You simply attach the label, hand over the parcel at any GLS ParcelShop, and GLS takes care of the rest. The return service is free of charge for you.
Can I return my parcel without a return label?
If a parcel does not include a label for returns, you can still return it via a GLS ParcelShop. However, the ParcelShop prices will apply in this case. Vendors engaged in distance selling (e.g. online retailers, mail order companies) in Poland are obliged to take goods back within 10 days, also with no reason given by the buyer.
