Web application for managing parcel shipment

ADE-Plus is a web application which allows you to manage the entire process of transportation via the Internet. It works in any existing browser. To use it, you only need access to the Internet.

With ADE-Plus customers have instant access to information that is collected in one place, always "at hand". It is also possible to integrate your own systems in ADE-Plus through WebAPI.

Through ADE-Plus you can generate 2D parcel labels, manage recipients’ data online, preview and download electronic invoices, place Pick&Ship and Pick&Return orders, import and export an address book and download auctions as well as address data from Allegro.pl.

ADE-Plus also provides functionalities such as generating statistics and reporting. For example, customers can create online statistics for parcels sent, receive reports on Cash-Service money transfers, run reports by cost center as well as view and print specifications for invoices.

The parcel shipment application

GLSI is a desktop application for customers operating a warehouse.

It is installed on computers using Windows. GLSI works on a local database, but also in LAN mode or offline. It is easy to integrate it into the existing customer ERP system.

Labels are printed with the dispatch system Uni-Box that can be installed at the client’s or on GLS side. The data is sent to GLS automatically through your internet connection.

Ideal for companies who:

  • use their own ERP / warehouse system and want to integrate label printing
  • want solutions installed on computers in LAN mode
  • want solutions independent of Internet connectivity
  • regularly dispatch 500 to approx. 3,000 parcels a month


Fully automatic data communication with GLS

UniBox is a server for managing all aspects of the dispatch process, including label printing and data exchange with GLS. It connects to the company's ERP system through specified interfaces. UniBox “manages” your parcel directly to the proper route of delivery and enables a two-way shipment data transfer.

The Linux-based system is linked to your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system via defined interfaces. It “manages” your parcels directly to the correct delivery tour and enables bilateral parcel data transfer.

  • regularly dispatch more than 2,000 parcels per month
  • use their own ERP system


Online dispatching

YourGLS is the password-protected web portal of GLS – with all the tools you need to dispatch your parcels quickly and easily. Users can log into it by going to the YourGLS section on the website. No additional software is needed.

  • send parcels occasionally
  • regularly dispatch approx. 5 parcels a day
