Thanks to this option, you can pick up your parcel whenever you want. With FlexDeliveryService you can also redirect the shipment to another address or change the delivery date, as well as refuse to accept the parcel. This service shortens the journey of the shipment, facilitates contact between the courier and the recipient and increases the level of satisfaction with the service.

How to redirect a parcel? It's very easy with GLS! Use the form available on our website. To redirect a shipment, simply enter your parcel number and postal code. Thanks to this you will be able to choose the flexible delivery option which is best for you. Please note that you must forward your shipment in advance. The redirection option is not possible if the parcel has already been delivered to a Szybka Paczka point or has been collected by a neighbour.
