GLS provides customers who receive parcels with information regarding parcel delivery and useful online tools. They can, for example, track parcels online in real time or search for the nearest ParcelShop.

GLS has a hotline for customers who receive parcels. The customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.30.

Alternatively, recipients can use the contact form to send an e-mail. GLS will answer the questions quickly and reliably.

GLS delivers to the door. Alternatively the driver delivers the parcel to a neighbour.
