GLS has a hotline for customers who receive parcels. The customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.30.

GLS parcel delivery
GLS delivers to the door. Alternatively the driver delivers the parcel to a neighbour.
The easy way to send parcels: For occasional senders over 700 ParcelShops in the Netherlands are the gateway to GLS.
