GLS provides customers who receive parcels with information regarding parcel delivery and useful online tools. They can, for example, track parcels online in real time or search for the nearest ParcelShop.

GLS has a hotline for customers who receive parcels. Our colleagues are available from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.30.
