EasyStart allows you to organise everything online – only the parcel itself is "offline" on the road. You bring it to the GLS ParcelShop or ask GLS to collect it when placing the order online.

How to send your parcel online
As soon as you have entered your registration information you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your access data. Activate your EasyStart customer account by clicking on the link in your e-mail and you are ready to start sending parcels online.
First of all enter your consignment data. You can also enter multiple parcels simultaneously.
Once you have entered the required information, the delivery price is displayed.
Pay securely online
Online payment is quick and safe. Pay using PayPal or take the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop and pay there in cash.
Parcel collection on request
For a service fee of just € 3.95 GLS will collect a parcel at the address you specify. The fee is the same regardless of the number of parcels that are collected. If you enter your order online before 9 pm, the driver will pick up your parcel the next working day.
Once you have entered all the information and placed the order, EasyStart will generate the parcel label. All you need to print it are your printer, the paper you normally use and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Once you have the label, attach it to the parcel – finished.
Manage receiver addresses
With your online GLS receiver address book you can easily and quickly save, reuse and alter address data.
EasyStart’s enhanced track and trace function shows you exactly where your parcel is and when the recipient can expect to receive it.
