We are looking for Stock room operatives to join our Dublin team.

This is a 40 hour contract and the hours are Monday-Friday 1pm - 9.30pm.

This is a permanent contract

Responsibilities:

  • Check revert and check each tour when driver returns, including all paperwork / forms/TRN docsThe warehouse to be kept tidy at all times.
  • Check all discrepancies / signatures from each driver & tour and make any necessary amendments.Scan all parcels with correct scans to ensure loss prevention is kept at a high standard.
  • Ensure all scanners are downloaded on time, and tour print outs are filed away.
  • Update traces accordingly with corrected information both in Unique and Gepard systems
  • Surplus parcels are recorded and processed in accordance with guidelines
  • Ensure Stockroom is recorded daily & each parcel receives the correct status
  • Communicate with the Customer Service department & Operations teams on a daily basis to ensure all outstanding issues are effectively resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Make sure SQL lists are checked for Audit purposes.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed accordingly.
  • Work with Gepard (Internal system) & Unique (Internal system) to ensure proper inventory controls for parcels and ensure all records are up-to-date and correctly filed as per information received.
  • Undertake cross training in all aspects of the warehouse / transport department.
  • Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by your Line Manager.

Ad hoc duties.

We are currently looking for General Operatives to join our Hub Team.

The hours are 4pm-1:30am Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all parcels receive an outbound scan in the evening shift.
  • The warehouse to be kept tidy at all times.
  • To support subcontractors during the unloading process.
  • Scan all parcels with correct scans to ensure loss prevention is kept at a high standard.
  • Undertake cross training on all aspects of the operation.
  • Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by your Line Manager.
  • Fork Lift Driving were licensed
  • Ad hoc duties

Skills/ Experience:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Lotus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Be able to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in Parcels/Distribution Industry – preferred not necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a close contact with customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shippers and receivers regarding changes in pick up- delivery and Potential service failures
  • Communicate customer queries to management on a regular basis.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in clients supply chain operations including process improvements thus increasing efficiency and generating revenue.
  • Preparing bids for new business oppurtunities from prospective clients
  • Maintaining existing accounts with current or business customers
  • Meeting targets as set out by the management team vis a vis cold calls, door to door sales, references and lead generation.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Cork Operational team on a full time basis 5am - 2pm Monday- Friday.

We are looking for a Highly motivated, driven person who will lead the team as we grow and expand.

You will be responsible for the overall day to day operational tasks within the depot including task and process management, people Management, Health and safety and general administrational tasks. This is a manually intensive role with lots of opportunity to grow and learn.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan , organize and co ordinate various projects, monitor progress and report outcomes to the management team
  • Communicate and Collaborate with different teams , provide administrative and operational support, resolve issues and analyze market trends
  • Prepare reports, analyze trends , share insights and inputs and work closely with leadership team
  • Generating leads for new prospective clients, to retain the current set of customers to ensure business continuity , thus assist in generating revenue for the organisation
  • Responsible for opening agencies across Ireland via generating leads through references, networks, cold calling and Social Media
  • Be the single point of contact for customers for a certain geographic location under the span of control.
