Returning goods made easy with GLS

The shoes are the wrong size or the jeans you ordered don’t fit. There is one simple solution: Send them back, of course.

Many companies make it easy to return parcels – they book the ShopReturnService of GLS.

This means most of the parcels already include a return label for returning the goods if necessary. If not, you inform the shipper and will get a return label via e-mail or download link. You simply attach the label, hand over the parcel at any Point Relais® of Mondial Relay, and GLS takes care of the rest.

GLS and Mondial Relay are partners to make parcel collection and returns more comfortable. Points Relais® are parcel collection points where you can return parcels as well. They are located in all kinds of different stores (shop-in-shop system), so waiting times are usually very short. In France there are 4 800 Point Relais® where you can pick up or return your parcels. The stores with integrated Point Relais® usually have long opening hours.
