GLS introduces flexible delivery in Luxembourg

The parcel service provider GLS has now also made its FlexDeliveryService available in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Parcel recipients using the service can influence time and place of delivery according to their personal requirements. Luxembourg is the 13th country in which GLS has introduced this service.

GLS expands its international service for parcel recipients

Online shops can now offer their international customers the ShopDeliveryService, allowing them to choose a GLS ParcelShop as their delivery address. Through the service, GLS has created cross-border connections across five countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Poland.

Flexible delivery for parcel shipments between Belgium, Germany and Austria

Transnational flexibility: With the recent connection of Belgium, recipients can now use the FlexDeliveryService between three countries. On a national level, the service is already available in ten GLS countries.

GLS FlexDeliveryService now in 10 countries

Since 2012, Europe-wide parcel service provider GLS has been rolling out its FlexDeliveryService country by country. GLS Poland is now the tenth subsidiary to introduce the flexible delivery facility. Recipients will be informed in time of imminent parcel deliveries, which GLS will then gear according to their requirements.

GLS releases first sustainability report

Acting responsibly towards people and the environment is an important principle for GLS. The Europe-wide parcel service provider documents its social involvement, environmental activities and progress in its recently released sustainability report.

GLS obtains group-wide ISO-certifications

Systematically managing quality and the environment: Europe-wide parcel service provider GLS has now obtained group-wide certifications under internationally recognised ISO standards 14001 and 9001.

Flexible parcel delivery on demand – now also available internationally

Whether it’s ordering online in a neighbouring country, staying informed about the parcel in one’s own country or shaping the delivery process: GLS FlexDeliveryService now makes all of this possible for parcels sent between Germany and Austria.
