What does it cost to make an agreement with GLS?

It is free of charge to enter an agreement with GLS and you do not need to have a sum of money tied up with us.

When you send parcels with GLS, we invoice according to the agreed prices. This invoicing is generated at the first scan of the parcel at GLS.

If our customer cannot present a positive account for last year, we would like to receive the payment via the payment scheme LeverandørService.

What does it cost to send parcels with GLS?

As a business customer at GLS we calculate an offer for you based on your needs for parcel distribution.

Many elements are essential to this calculation and we therefore ask for some information in order to give you an offer.

Is it possible to have the parcels picked up at my address?

Pick-up at business addresses is possible with GLS - you also have the option of handing in a smaller number of parcels in your local ParcelShop, if this solution fits better into your everyday life.

If you would like to see how you book a pick-up at GLS, you can see our Danish booking site here.

If there are enough parcels for pick-up every day, then we will arrange a daily pick-up.

How do I integrate GLS in my web shop?

GLS is happy to guide you on implementation for web shops - you can also find information about this in the section Customer information.

Here you will find i.a. information about our ShopFinder for your Check-out flow, generation of labels and direct link to Track & trace for your recipient.

How heavy parcels can I send?

You can send parcels weighing up to 30 kg. to business and private addresses in Denmark and abroad with GLS.

If the parcel is to be delivered via our nationwide ParcelShop network, the parcel must weigh a maximum of 20 kg.

Does GLS use volume calculation?

At GLS, we invoice the parcels based on the weight and the price stipulated in the agreement. We do not have volume calculation.

You can send parcels with measures within:

Length: max. 200 cm

Length + girth: max. 300 cm

Please see our General Terms for further definition.

Does it cost extra for delivery to Danish islands?
