GLS monitors the quality every single day with the goal to offer the best possible service to senders and recipients.

96.38 % of the parcels reached their destination in Denmark the next working day (first delivery attempt) after they were handed over to GLS Denmark by the sender. With the exception of parcels to Anholt and Bornholm.
