GLS Germany network

In the heart of Europe

The German GLS network is directly connected to the European network via the European hub, which is also located in Neuenstein. International scheduled transports from many countries meet here at the geographical heart of Europe. They are complemented by direct transports from regional distribution centres to neighbouring countries. Thanks to this expansive network, GLS regularly offers consigners fast and safe shipments to numerous countries. In the important markets, the parcels usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery times

Express delivery

GLS in Germany also has a separate express network with 154 depots plus a main hub at its disposal. It uses this network, which is closely linked to the parcel network, to carry out guaranteed, time-definite deliveries. European and global express services are also part of its service portfolio. The IATA-licensed GLS Airport Office at Frankfurt Airport can, on request, take care of all customs formalities and arrange the delivery of parcels worldwide.

Delivery services for everyone

GLS offers high-quality delivery services not only to large major dispatchers. Private individuals and companies who only send parcels occasionally can also access its services in over 5,500 GLS ParcelShops. The ParcelShops also serve as alternative delivery addresses, enabling consignees to receive their parcels quickly and securely – even if they are not at home when the initial delivery attempt is made.
