Sending a GLS parcel means that it arrives quickly and safely.
Reliable parcel delivery within defined standard delivery times is GLS’s strong point. Domestic parcels usually reach their destination the next working day. In Europe standard delivery times to neighbouring countries are generally 24 to 48 hours, and to almost all countries at a larger distance within 72 to 120 hours. Delivery times are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
GLS delivers parcels Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If the sender takes out no transport insurance, GLS compensates beyond the statutory liability up to the value of the goods to a maximum of CZK 6,000 per parcel. For high value goods an additional insurance is available.
The shipping of parcels can be combined with optional services, meaning that GLS is also able to meet special delivery requirements.
