You can easily find out how much sending your parcel will cost using the price calculator. Prices are for dispatch via GLS ParcelShops or via the online tool e-Balik. If parcels are picked up by a delivery driver additional 43 CZK need to be added to the displayed prices. Further surcharges and VAT are already included in the displayed prices.

A parcel may weigh up to 15 kg if sent via a GLS ParcelShop and up to 40 kg if picked up by a delivery driver.

Parcel collection by GLS

You can also have your parcel collected at your door using the online tool e-Balik. Even without a registration, you can enter your parcel data and send a pick-up order to GLS. The delivery driver usually collects parcels the next working day and also brings prepared self-adhesive parcel labels which include the parcel data you have entered. The prices for dispatch are shown in e-Balik.

The GLS shipping prices are based on the parcel size. Parcel size = longest side + shortest side of the parcel. The size categories: XS = max. 35 cm, S = max. 50 cm, M = max. 65 cm, L = max. 80 cm, XL = max. 3 m combined length and girth* (*combined length and girth = girth of the parcel plus longest side (max. height = 60 cm, max. width = 80 cm, max. length = 200 cm))

The prices for dispatch are shown in e-Balik and include the pick-up fee as well as a possible discount if you have several parcels collected at once.

The GLS price calculator allows you to work out in advance how much sending a parcel will cost. A parcel may weigh up to 15 kg if sent via a ParcelShop and up to 40 kg if sent via a GLS depot or picked up by a delivery driver. There are five different size categories: XS, S, M, L and XL. After you have measured your parcel, simply enter the dimensions into the price calculator.

The calculator automatically determines the size category. You also specify the place of dispatch (i.e. the place where you wish to hand over your parcel) and the destination. The price calculator will then display the rate for delivering your parcel, as well as how long delivery is expected to take – useful additional information for your dispatch planning.
