Onboarding at GLS

Intensive initial training: new GLS employees are supported by an experienced colleague. During this period, they complete small tasks independently and gain new experience. In the second stage, they spend two days at head office in Ansfelden, where they familiarise themselves with the night shift and get a chance to share ideas with the head office team.
