The latest parcel information at any time and any place – on the iPhone or an Android smartphone: With the free GLS App recipients are always up to date. Convenient: personal information such as parcel labels and addresses are not only available on the app, but also on the online portal GLS-ONE.

The GLS App for iPhone users is available at the Apple App store, the Android version in the Google Play Store.
The practical parcel tracking
By entering the parcel number or Track ID that is on the notification card, you can find out at any time where your parcel is right now. All “travel stations” of the parcel are shown in an overview. Parcel details are also available.
The ParcelShop finder without detours
Find the nearest GLS ParcelShop comfortably by app. To do so, simply enter the postcode, street or town. GLS ParcelShops in the vicinity are shown on an interactive location map – including opening hours and contact information.
Parcel redirection: Change an order online for second delivery attempt
If the driver cannot deliver the parcel to you, a neighbour or a GLS ParcelShop at the first attempt, a notification will be left for you. On this card, you will find a Track ID. Entering the Track ID into or scanning it with the parcel redirection function of the GLS App allows you to select an option for the second delivery attempt - for example the delivery to another address.
FlexDeliveryService: Choose a delivery option
GLS provides senders with the opportunity to use the FlexDeliveryService for national and transnational shipping between Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. If they do so, GLS notifies you by e-mail about the estimated delivery time frame. Via a link in the e-mail, parcel recipients can then redirect their parcel before the first delivery attempt.
If you call up your e-mails on the smartphone and have the GLS App installed, you can directly select a delivery option by smartphone - like the delivery to a GLS ParcelShop or to the same address on a certain date.
The convenient barcode scan
The barcode scan replaces the manual typing in of information. With the camera function of the smartphone, you can simply scan the printed barcode from the notification card. This way, the Track ID is directly captured and the barcode scan gives quick access to parcel tracking.
Note for senders: Before handing over a parcel, you can scan the barcode on the label of important parcels and thus always have the current status “in your pocket”.
