All Austria’s neighbouring countries are directly connected to the country, as well as to the regional hub in Erding near Munich and to the European hub in Neuenstein, Germany. As a result, parcels from Austria reach their destinations in short standard delivery times throughout Europe. Nationwide express shipments are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day – by 9.00, 10.00 or 12.00 on request, and on Saturdays.

For express shipments, additional control and monitoring instruments are used to ensure that the guaranteed service is provided up to 100 percent. GLS customers in Austria receive all services from one source and have one contact person. All products can be combined with a wide range of services.

GLS provides a high-quality delivery service to all customer groups. Occasional senders can hand over their parcels at about 630 GLS ParcelShops. Parcel dispatch can be arranged on-site – or conveniently in the comfort of your own home with GLS-ONE, the practical online portal.
Moreover, GLS Austria’s ParcelShops serve as an alternative and - at the customer’s request – even as a direct delivery address: If a recipient is not at home, the delivery driver can leave the parcel at a nearby ParcelShop. The recipient can then collect his order when convenient – including on Saturdays in most cases.
